Privacy Policy
1. Overview
PayFlorida.com ("PayFlorida," "we," "us," or "our") provides business data intelligence and public-record research services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & contact details: name, business email address, and messages you send through our support channels.
- Transaction metadata: purchase timestamps, product/tier identifiers, Stripe session or payment references, and delivery status for commercial data packages. We do not store full payment card numbers on PayFlorida servers.
- Site usage analytics: basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and interaction events used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
3. Public Record Data Usage
PayFlorida aggregates and enriches information drawn from publicly available county court and government sources, including tax deed surplus/overbid records, clerk filings and related evidence indexes, USPS-standardized mailing addresses (CASS/DPV), and Florida Sunbiz corporate filings and officer data. Public-record research datasets are commercial intelligence products, not consumer credit reports.
4. How We Use Information
- To fulfill purchases, deliver data packages, and provide subscriber access.
- To respond to support requests and operational notices.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
- To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Data Protection & Security
We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a B2B data service, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and least-privilege operational practices. Subscriber API keys, when issued, are stored in hash-only form; plaintext keys are not recoverable from our systems after issuance. PayFlorida does not sell or resell subscriber payment card information.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted processors to operate the platform, including:
- Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
- Google / USPS-related address validation tooling — CASS/DPV-style mailing address standardization and deliverability checks.
- Skip-tracing enrichment providers — phone, email, and related contact enrichment used to build research packages.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only what is reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.
7. Data Retention
We retain customer and account records for as long as the account is active and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Purchased-file availability is maintained for the subscription or package term, then according to operational archive practice. Vault documents remain available subject to source availability and PayFlorida’s retention policy. A deletion request for customer personal information can be sent to sales@payflorida.com. Public-record source data is generally not deleted on request because it is compiled from government records; we will remove or suppress customer-identifying account data where required, subject to accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal exceptions.
8. Your Rights & Contact
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you as a customer or site visitor. To make a privacy request, contact:
