How billing works

  • Card statement: Charges appear as PAYFLORIDA or PAYFLORIDA.COM (via Stripe).
  • First charge: Recovery Pro bills immediately at checkout. Your renewal date is the same day each month.
  • Proof Pack: $99 once, requested through sales. No renewal. The $99 is credited if Recovery Pro or Case Credits is purchased within 14 days.
  • Manage billing: Cancel in the Stripe customer portal from the link on your receipt, or email [email protected] before the next billing date. No phone call is required.
  • First Recovery Pro month: If the feed isn’t usable for your workflow, email us within 7 days with the opportunities or fields you’re missing. If we can help, we’ll adapt the feed for your team.
